Ancient and genuine flavors, inherited from the extraordinary gastronomic tradition of the province of Messina, are revived in the restaurant La Vecchia Posta, in the center of Gioiosa Marea, right in front of the Aeolian Islands. From appetizers to first courses, to meat and fish main courses, all dishes are prepared with quality ingredients, fresh and controlled, according to the most ancient sicilian recipes: Pasta all'Eoliana, arancino with cuttlefish ink, seafood and sardines a beccafico, parmigiana and much more, in the Restaurant La Vecchia Posta the authentic sicilian regional cuisine is revived and it is also renewed with some revisiting of the chef Alberta.
