Santagatese (monocultivar): pleasantly bitter from slightly ripe almonds, spicy. The retro-olfactory sensation permeates the mouth and palate of a robust vegetable aroma reminiscent of freshly cut fresh grass, tomato leaf and the intense aroma of chicory and blends harmoniously with the bitter and spicy taste. Medium fruity. Verdello (monocultivar): medium intensity fruity olive oil accompanied by a distinct feeling of green almond, thistle and freshly cut green grass. Spicy, slightly pungent. Nocellara del Belice (monocultivar): oil of high olfactory intensity, with notes of artichoke, green tomato, green almond and leaves. Intense olive fruity with bitter and spicy. Blend: medium-light fruity; pleasant retro-olfactory sensation of fruit and vegetables. Noticeable and moderate bitterness with hints of almond. Spicy present, but tolerable.
