Ducal Palace

Built between the 15th and 16th centuries, this palace was inhabited by the Lancia family until 1641. Later, until 1812, it was owned by the Teeth. It was the seat of the feudal government where criminal and civil matters were dealt with. It was also the main meeting place with citizens, the so-called Baiuolo. The courtyard behind the main entrance was the scene of these assemblies. Today, the palace, unfortunately, is not accessible. There were over 36 rooms, 12 warehouses and a private chapel within its walls.
