These sweets are the Capizzi’s speciality. Almond pastes are typically Sicilian almond-flavored sweets with a soft and delicate consistency, decorated with candied cherries, almonds and jam.
Pistachio and lemon flavoured pastes are available as well.They are prepared with fine almonds coming from Bronte, and they are the perfect ending to any meal, especially if you savour them with a glass of liqueur or bitter.
Ingredients: almonds, sugar, egg white, vanilla, natural flavourings, cherries, and candied fruits coloured with food colourings (E102, E127, E131, E202, E220).
