Patrizio chapel

The Patrizio Chapel is a work of contemporary art not well known, created in the 70s by Patrizio Decembrino, a laborer who wanted to create this particular construction dedicated to the Madonna del Tindari in the Rinaldo district of Sant'Angelo di Brolo. The visitor's attention is captured by the color of the chapel, a lively pink interspersed with a few strokes of blue. The entire construction is made with recycled materials, iron pipes, tiles, columns, vases and recessed plates. Above, an iron arch frames a little angel placed on the headboard of an ancient child's bed. Some of these elements have been recovered from a late eighteenth-century church.
